5. Refund Details

• Changed Mind/Unwanted:

  • Refund: Product price only (minus restocking fee).

  • Shipping: Customer pays.

• Faulty/Wrong Item:

  • Refund: Full amount.

  • Shipping: Free return label provided.

6. Important Notes

• No exchanges – place a new order instead.

• Returns must be in new/unused condition.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless our error).
